Welcome to Oslo World and the children’s very own festival within the festival! Join us on a fantastic journey as the museum at Grønland transforms into a colourful piñata, packed with fun things to do, experience and taste.

On 17 and 18 October, Children’s World Days (Barnas verdensdager) takes over Grønland Kulturstasjon and Intercultural Museum. The whole house is transformed into a colourful fairytale castle, packed with fun things to do, experience and taste.
Meeting artists and discovering cultures from around the world, children can learn to dance, play instruments, make things with their hands, or enjoy performances and concerts. The bustling bazaar is full of life and activity, with things to see and do, as well as tastes and treats from different parts of the world.
Our wonderful clowns, Narrosha and Trudelitt, tumble around with big smiles and warm hearts, while our festival artists pop up in the most unexpected places. In the World Days tent, there’s music and dancing from every corner of the globe throughout the day.
Children’s World Days is organised by Oslo World, Oslo Museum and Oslo Municipal School of Music and Performing Arts (Oslo Kulturskole), in collaboration with the Bydel Gamle Oslo, Oslo kommune, Einar Granum School of Art, Studio E at Edvard Munch School, and the Norwegian Dance Federation.
