The museum café at Frogner

The museum cafe at Frogner is temporarily closed, but we'll be back soon. In the meantime, you can still buy coffee and other hot drinks in the visitor centre.

The pleasant cafe located at the Museum of Oslo and the Theatre Museum invites you to enjoy coffee, pastries, and light lunches. Seating area in the beautiful courtyard of Frogner manor during the warm months. 

Visit us at Frognerveien 67.
Opening hours for the café and the shop are the same as for the museum.

Hønse-Lovisas hus

Located straight across the bridge from the Labour Museum is the café Hønse-Lovisas hus, where you can enjoy Norwegian waffles and freshly ground coffee in historical surroundings by the Akerselva river. 

Visit us at Sandakerveien 2.
The café is open every day all year round, except on Christmas eve.

Winter (November–March): 11am – 4pm
Spring/Autumn (April–May and September–October): 11am-5pm
Summer (June–August): 11am-6pm
